IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

  • The product has arrived to me defective.
  • I have the wrong size and I would like to change it
  • That's not what I expected.

It is essential that the products that you are going to return have not been used, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. The packages must contain the complete packaging and in perfect condition, with everything you found inside.

RETURNS:

Before returning a package, please fill out the small form that you will find in the Changes and Returns Form section.

When our Customer Service team has approved your return, we will contact you to confirm the return.

Afterwards, you can go to an MRW office or call a courier from this same company to pick up the package. The address to which you must send the return is:

The total cost of the return is € 4.20 + VAT (€ 5.08 VAT included) that will be deducted from the refund of the amount of your order. You can pay the return price on the spot or it will be deducted from the refund of your purchase.

Once we receive your return and check the status of the product, we will refund the amount of your order less the cost of the return.

The period to return your order is 15 days from the delivery date of the package.

For international returns, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

CHANGES:

To make an exchange, please manage it as if it were a return and place a new order on the web for the item you want to receive.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

The maximum period to make an exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of the product.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Unfortunately we do not assume the costs of exchanges or returns.

The cost associated with a return is € 4.20 + VAT (€ 5.08 VAT included).

When making an exchange, you will pay the return costs of the item you want to exchange and the shipping costs of the new item (€ 3 VAT included) if your order is less than € 120. Shipping costs will be free if your new order exceeds € 120.

For changes of an international nature, our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.
