IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

  • The product arrived defective.
  • I chose the wrong size and would like to exchange it.
  • It is not what I expected.

There is a 14-day period to request a return.

  • We have extended our exchange and return policy during the Christmas period until January 10 so you can already buy your Alhaja gift.

For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, without signs of use and with all the original packaging in perfect condition.

To initiate an exchange or return, access our exchange and returns portal.

To accept a return of an order placed during Black Friday or Cyber Monday week, the Botijo pendant given to the customer as a gift must be returned.

Returns of made-to-order products, such as solid gold jewelry, are not accepted.

Exchanges or returns of parts of necklaces are not accepted. That is, if a necklace composed of a chain or bead necklace plus a pendant was purchased, the exchange or return must be for the purchased combination, not for each part separately.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN COSTS

  • The first size exchange in Spain (Peninsula) costs 1€.
  • Returns of orders from Spain (Peninsula) cost 3.9€ for pickup and 2€ for drop-off at a delivery point.
  • Returns or exchanges of orders from the Balearic Islands cost 7.9€.
  • Returns or exchanges of orders from the Canary Islands cost 9.9€.
  • Returns or exchanges of orders from the European Union cost 10€.
  • Returns of orders from Sweden and Finland cost 18€.
  • Returns of orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Great Britain cost 33€ (duties and taxes included).
  • Returns of orders from other countries cost 40€ (duties and taxes included).

ITEM WARRANTY

ALHAJA offers a 2-month warranty for all its items. But exclusively if it is due to a manufacturing defect. Damages caused by misuse, wear of the jewelry, or loss are not covered. Please note that our items are in contact with the skin and we are not responsible for the use and products they are treated with.
