IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

  • The product arrived to me defective.
  • I got the wrong size and I would like to change it
  • That's not what I expected.

You have a period of 14 days to request a refund

  • We have extended our return and exchange policy during the Christmas holidays until January 10th so that you can buy your Alhaja gift now.
    • For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with all original packaging in perfect condition.

      To initiate an exchange or return, access our exchanges and returns portal.

      In order for a return to be accepted for an order placed during the week of Black Friday or Cyber Monday, the Botijo charm that was given to the customer as a gift must be returned.

      Returns are not accepted on custom-made products, such as solid gold jewelry.

      Exchanges or returns of parts of the necklaces are not accepted. That is, if a necklace consisting of a chain or bead necklace plus a pendant has been purchased, the exchange or return must be for the combination purchased, not for each of the parts.

      COSTS OF AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

      • The first size change in Spain (Peninsula) costs €1.
      • Returns of orders from Spain (Peninsula) have a cost of €3.9 for collection and €2 for leaving it at a delivery point.
      • Returns or exchanges of orders from the Balearic Islands have a cost of €7.9. 
      • Returns or exchanges of orders from the Canary Islands have a cost of €9.9. 
      • Returns or exchanges of orders from the European Union have a cost of €10.
      • Returns of orders from Sweden and Finland have a cost of €18
      • Returns for orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Great Britain cost €33 (duties and taxes included).
      • Returns of orders from other countries have a cost of €40  (duties and taxes included).

        ALHAJA offers a 2-month warranty on all of its items. But only if it is due to a manufacturer's defect, damage caused by misuse is not assumed. Please note that our items are in contact with the skin and we are not responsible for the use and products with which they are treated.       Al hacer un pedido, se te enviará directamente un correo electrónico con la confirmación de este.

      Una vez nuestro equipo prepare tu paquete también se enviará la información de envío para que puedas seguir cada actualización.

      El producto que quiero está fuera de stock, ¿cuándo va a volver?

      En la página de cada producto podrás subscribirte a las notificaciones de este. Cuando esté de vuelta en stock recibirás automáticamente un email avisándote, ¡serás el primero en saberlo!

      ¿Puedo personalizar un anillo?

      Para peticiones de personalización de un anillo, contacta con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente en contact@alhajastore.com 

      Los anillos con baño en oro no podrán grabarse, ni podrá modificarse el diseño del anillo.
