IN WHICH CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- The product arrived defective.
- I ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it
- It's not what I expected.
You have a period of 14 days to request a refund
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, without signs of use and with all the original packaging in perfect condition.
* We have extended our exchange and return policy during the Christmas period until January 10 so you can already buy your Alhaja gift.
* To accept a return of an order placed during Black Friday or Cyber Monday week, the Tomatito pendant given to the customer as a gift must be returned.

Returns of made-to-order products, such as solid gold jewelry, are not accepted.
Changes or returns of parts of necklaces are not accepted. That is, if a necklace composed of a chain or bead necklace plus a pendant has been purchased, the exchange or return must be of the purchased combination, not of each of the parts.
COSTS OF AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- The first size exchange in Spain (Peninsula) has a cost of €2.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from Spain (Peninsula) have a cost of €5
- Returns or exchanges of orders from the Balearic Islands have a cost of €8.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from the Canary Islands have a cost of €10.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from the European Union have a cost of €10.
- Returns of orders from Sweden and Finland have a cost of €18
- Returns of orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Great Britain have a cost of €33 (tariffs and taxes included).
- Returns of orders from other countries have a cost of €40 (tariffs and taxes included).

ITEM WARRANTY
ALHAJA offers a 2-month warranty on all its items. But exclusively if it is due to a manufacturer's defect. Damages caused by misuse, wear of the jewelry, or loss of it are not covered. Please note that our items come into contact with the skin and we are not responsible for the use and products they are treated with.
