Shipping policy

Each order has a unique tracking number. All shipping information will be sent by email. The courier companies we work with are TIPSA for national shipments, CORREOS EXPRESS for national returns, and UPS for international shipments. The delivery times provided are estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control or those caused by the courier company, but you can contact our customer service if you have any questions. 

Once the order is processed, packaging and shipping will begin. Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM (Spanish time) are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed with express shipping before 2:00 PM (Spanish time) on business days are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after these time frames will be processed the next day.

Courier companies make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, TIPSA will contact the customer by phone to coordinate a new delivery attempt. UPS, on the other hand, will send an email with the option to reschedule the date or request pickup at an authorized point. If the package is left at a pickup point, it will remain available for a maximum of 7 business days. 

If the package is returned to our warehouses due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or inability to contact the recipient, a return fee will be applied. This fee must be paid by the customer if they wish to receive the order again. If, on the other hand, the customer wishes to receive a refund for the order, the return fee will be deducted from the total amount.
