IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- The product arrived defective.
- I ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it.
- It is not what I expected.
You have a period of 14 days to request a return.
For a product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, without signs of use and with all original packaging in perfect condition.

Custom-made products, such as solid gold jewelry, are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Exchanges or returns of parts of necklaces are not accepted. That is, if you purchased a necklace composed of a chain or bead necklace plus a pendant, the exchange or return must be for the purchased combination, not for each individual part.
COSTS OF AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- The first size exchange within Spain (Peninsula) is free.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from Spain (Peninsula) cost €6.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from the Balearic Islands cost €8.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from the Canary Islands cost €10.
- Returns or exchanges of orders from the European Union cost €10.
- Returns of orders from Sweden and Finland cost €18.
- Returns of orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Great Britain cost €33 (including tariffs and taxes).
- Returns of orders from other countries cost €40 (including tariffs and taxes).

ITEM WARRANTY
ALHAJA offers a 2-month warranty on all its items, but only for manufacturing defects. Damages caused by misuse, wear of the jewelry, or loss are not covered. Please note that our items come into contact with skin, and we are not responsible for the use or products applied to them.
