• How can I make an exchange or return and what is the deadline?

The deadline is 14 days from the receipt of the order. You will find all the necessary information to make a change or return here.

• Where is my order?

When placing an order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of it directly. Once our team prepares your package, the shipping information will also be sent so you can track each update. Also check the spam folder.

• The product I want is out of stock, when will it come back?

On each product page you can subscribe to its notifications. When it is back in stock you will automatically receive an email notifying you. You will be the first to know!

• Can I customize a ring?

For customization requests for a ring, contact our customer service team at contact@alhajastore.com

Gold-plated rings cannot be engraved, nor can the design of the ring be modified.
