For Giovanni, the Egeo ring is born from an idea that has always fascinated him: how boundaries can transform into new beginnings. Inspired by the Pillars of Hercules, this design reinterprets what for centuries was considered the end of the world as the start of a journey. It is also a nod to ancient myths and the optical illusions that appear in the long colonnades, where light and shadow deceive the eye. At its center, a deep blue kyanite stone shines like a treasure hidden in the sea.
